Whitelisting Payment Notification Reminders
Whitelisting [email protected] to [email protected] email addresses is essential to ensure that payment notification reminders are delivered to our clients' inboxes without being blocked by spam filters or other security measures. 

Kindly inform your IT department to whitelist our email addresses to ensure the payment notification reminders are correctly delivered.
Including Invoice Number in the Subject Email
Clients should include the transaction’s invoice number when sending the email notification. This information can be found on the HealthMetrics Portal under the Transaction Tab.
Including this information ensures that payments are matched to the correct invoice, making it easier for us to acknowledge receipt of payment and update our clients' accounts accordingly.

Additionally, clients should provide payment advice to our finance email at [email protected], including the transaction number in the subject line.
