Before HealthMetrics, the management of employee benefits was done manually. With the business expanding at such a rapid pace, the HR team which consisted of two individuals at the time faced the challenge of being overburdened with the management of their employees’ benefits that catered to their medical, wellbeing and recreational benefits.
The challenge became more apparent with the increase of employees at multiple locations which created a complex process for data consolidation.

Through the HealthMetrics platform, Plus Solar is also able to track employee's health status on a real-time basis. It helps them to analyse and predict what time of the year employees will take the most MCs, as well as the top illnesses in the organisation throughout the year.
The MCs of employees can be easily tracked through the HealthMetrics system and itemised billing has made it easier for them to oversee financial spending.
