Users living with long term disease (chronic disease) and had been taking LTM as prescribed & stable with the regimen. ​

Medication that is taken daily for a period exceeding 6 months. ​

Medication for condition such as asthma, pulmonary disease, arthritis, gout, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, diabetes, chronic pain, heart disease, cancer, dementia, thyroid disease, etc.​

Conditions that last 1 year or more and require ongoing medical attention/treatment. ​

Users with conditions as below:

• Non-cold chain LTM ​
• Non-urgent medication ​
• Non-acute conditions ​

Cold chain drugs are drugs that are required to be stored in the fridge and transported via cold storage within 2-8 degree Celsius. Examples are: ​

• Insulins (for diabetes)
​• Specific probiotic (stomach issue) ​
• Some eye drops (glaucoma) etc .

Each session is charged at RM15 only ​

Each Rx is valid for up to 3 months. ​
