Employee can conduct a preliminary consultation with a registered doctor. If necessary, the doctor will advise the employee to visit a clinic/hospital for a physical examination & the online pre-consultation will not be charged.
PAID CONSULTATION
If a full teleconsultation is sufficient to arrive to a diagnosis or an outcome, RM15 teleconsultation fees & medication cost (if any) will be applied & deducted from the employee's GP entitlement. Their medication will be delivered to the address provided.
MEDICATION DELIVERY
For employees who are on long-term medication, they can consult with an online doctor & get an e-prescription. Their medication will be delivered to the address provided within 5 working days.
